Invite teammates to help manage your forms, view analytics, and respond to submissions. Teams on the Pro plan can have up to 5 members. For larger teams, contact us about our Custom plan.

*Owners must transfer ownership to another admin before they can leave a team.
Role Descriptions
Owner
The person who created the team. Inherits all permissions and has exclusive rights to transfer or close the team account.
Admin
Full control over team settings, membership, and all forms. Can manage subscription billing and delete the team if necessary.
Editor
Focuses on managing form content and data. Can create forms, update fields, mark submissions as spam, and delete responses. They cannot change team-level settings.
Viewer
Read-only access. Perfect for clients or stakeholders who only need to view submission data and analytics without making any changes.
